The Basics

  1. Meet. Join us for our quarterly events in Wildomar.  Each event consists of one hour to mingle and meet the nonprofits presenting, followed by a one-hour meeting.

  2. Listen. A member from each of the three nominated local nonprofits will give a 5-minute presentation about their organization and how our contribution will support their cause. 

  3. Vote. Members vote for the charity they would most like to support.  The nonprofit that gets the most votes receives all our donations that quarter! This makes a greater impact for the nonprofit. 

  4. Give. Every member gives a check of $100 made out to the chosen nonprofit.  

  5. Learn. Each meeting we ask the previous recipient of our donation to return to tell us about the impact of our donation. 

  6. Repeat. At the end of the event, we randomly select three eligible nonprofits to present at the next event and start the cycle again. 

Fast. Simple. Effective.

The Details

Members should keep in mind the following details:​​

  • As a member, you commit writing a check for $100 at each event, even if you cannot attend the event. This is a commitment of $400 per year. 

  • You are welcome to bring a friend to the events.  But only members may vote.

  • The members vote by secret ballot using a plurality voting method: the organization that receives the most votes will receive our group donation.  It is essential that all checks be turned in the night of the event.

  • Even if you disagree with the choice, you still must write your check to the selected organization.  Once you have written your check to the selected organization, you may write another check to one or both of the other organizations that evening as you desire. 

  • If you cannot attend an event, please do all you can to send your check with a friend so it will be counted that evening. If that is impossible, please contact us by email  Please do not send your check to the recipient directly.  The goal is to make a significant donation on behalf of the entire group. 

  • ​Mail your check as soon as possible to 100wwctv, c/o Tracy Steffen, P.O. Box 1098, Wildomar, CA 92595.   We also need to track your donation to ensure you receive credit for the donation and remain eligible for membership. 

  • Your donation is tax deductible.  

  • We collect your personal information (including your name, address, email address and telephone number) strictly for the purpose of maintaining our membership list.  We will not sell, give or otherwise share your personal information without your express consent. 

  • We do recognize our members via social media and other venues.  If you are uncomfortable with that kind of attention, please let us know when you join. 

  •  All organizations under consideration agree not to create, sell, or distribute a list with our members' contact information, or to solicit our members directly for further contributions.
